Interesting point. It had crossed my mind that not a single penny was put up but the 51,000,000 shares added to the register they are selling them at prices at or below the nominal value to raise cash. The trouble with that theory is that there is just not the liquidity. The £561,000 is real.

With regards to recapitalisation. If they do that without any tangible commercial news then its time for all to get out.

Yes I haven't waivered though not posting so much as there's nothing to post about until there is commercial news. Oil is now at $105 a barrel. At this level warring factions start agreeing on matters to get the black gold out of the ground. The recent decline in the share price is as we all new is due to Align selling.

I reiterate the most important factor for PIs is that the company cannot place shares less than the nominal value so any placing must carry a premium to the current share price.
