So this is (was)another one of Green's 'conviction' disasters ? Serve Jennngs right for using him. And its a laugh that his "long experience in the AIM small cap arena teaches him that ADM Energy is destined to go the way of ALL THOSE OTHER companies where we have been sadly forced to take action. These companies were Widecells, Mayan Energy, Anglo African Oil & Gas, Iconic Labs & 8Peaks . Presumably they were 'conviction' buys as well. On which Align lost so much that it had to be rescued to the tune of £1/2 million by one of its clients whose junk shares it is 'retained' to puff. Anyone who's seen one of Green's 'research' productions (as of its other 'analyst' too) knows they are a padded-out, repetitive, pile of cuts and pastes from the client company's PR spin, with absolutely no independent thought or analysis.

? lol, apologise for what, range? - richie said they’d put out
a statement at the weekend, and he couldn’t even get that bit
right - align’s statement was published 20/12, i.e. monday.

it’s fascinating, & tells you a lot about align, that right up until the last
couple of weeks, align still had material on its website saying that ADME was
a conviction buy, target price 19p+, yadda-yadda …funny, eh, that align didn’t
choose to revise their target down & change their commentary *many* months ago.

all align seem to be doing now is finally admitting to the multiple
failures which anyone who wasn’t completely stupid has been able
to see & comment on for a long, long time. (but not range, lol!)

align appears to be admitting that ADME desperately needs to raise more
funds yet again (well, duh!) & i suspect from the “we could put together
the requisite funding” part that align would like to position themselves
or their associates to provide that funding at an astonishing knock-down
discount, so that existing shareholders would be massively diluted but
align & their associates could try to recoup some of their losses by aje
sale, after they’d secured a much increased share of the company overall.

? e.g. possible mega placing at 0.2p, anyone? - and just look how
many shares the company has authority to issue… it won’t be pretty!

all just my own honest opinion, of course.

Seems that nobody has confidence in aligns statement that they can do a better job than OSA and his useless overpaid clowns. Although to be fair to align, installing a cardboard cutout as CEO would do a better job.

Thank you Tommygriff. I wonder if Spikeyj and Fake Arnie will apologise. If Align's comments are true I will be voting for them at GM.

Maybe Align have done a deal with Osa and decided to back down on their threats?

Are align research the most useless broker in the city? Discuss. Imagine being saddled with millions of worthless ADME shares and having a CEO who shoots his mouth off on a bulliten board and dosn't delivery, especially when he is shooting his mouth off about a company that dosen't deliver. Its comedy gold.

I see that over on lunatic central its attracted the bottom fishers with the "its crazy cheap" and "they have just raised so have plenty of cash. Amazing what constitutes research these day. However having run the cash bone dry and then some (no doubt deferring bills to after the placing) and with a cash run rate of circa £200,000 a month, they only have enough cash to keep the lights on to the end of January. Unless of course OSA and his useless clowns have take a cut to their massive salaries, which as there is no evidence in an RNS of them doing so, is extremely unlikely. And with them about to be turfed out by align, its more likely they are shredding for Britain and examining the clauses in their employment contracts to extract the final dregs from this dog. My guess is that this will start to look a bit like ICON in its dying days with a bridging convertible loan appearing once align have the keys. However, there's always high volatility in the dying days of any share and time it right and you can make a tidy sum. Lemmings and mushrooms only. No widows or orphans.

I am not hiding anywhere Fake Arnie. I also hope if Align do take over they come after you and others for posting false information and trying to destabilise their investment

While the drama plays out, let's just remind ourselves of the lies and false information posted by the (tiny) boiler room leader Range. Is it any surprise that some 7 month later when the company has delivered nothing that Range has tried so hard to cover his tracks and behaved like a creepy stalking psychopath. __________________RangenoResources - 28 May 2021 - 14:15:54 - 871 of 2454 Adm Energy (ADME) Moderated Free for all. - ADMEExcellent spot. Still bailing out of this dog. Seems that there is little confidence in either OSA and his band of useless clowns or the potential of Align taking it over. Probably worth the listing value only at the moment, so no more than £500k IMO. No doubt OSA has long tie ups in his contract so he can keep sucking money out of the business even after he is sacked by shareholders.
