Notice of AGM and 2018 Annual Financial Report

(London & Dubai, 17 May 2019) ADES International Holding PLC ("ADES" or the "Company"), a leading oil & gas drilling and production services provider in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), announces that the following documents were mailed to the Company's shareholders on 17 May 2019:

   --      Notice of Annual General Meeting 
   --      Annual Financial Report 2018 

The notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting will shortly be available for download on the Company's website at investors.adihgroup.com. The Annual Financial Report 2018 was published on the Company's website on 30 April 2019.

Furthermore, in accordance with Listing Rule 14.3.6, the Annual Financial Report 2018 was submitted to the National Storage Mechanism on 30 April 2019 and is available at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. The notice of the Company's Annual General is also being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The Company will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Monday 10 June 2019 at 5:00 p.m. (UK time) at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel, On Cadogan Place, Knightsbridge, London SW1X 9PY, United Kingdom.
