Notice of AGM and 2019 Annual Report and Accounts

ADES International Holding PLC (LON: ADES) (the "Company"), the London-listed company providing offshore and onshore oil and gas drilling and production services in the Middle East and Africa through its subsidiaries, today announces that the following documents were mailed to the Company's members on 27 May 2019:

   --    Notice of Annual General Meeting 
   --    Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 
   --    Notice of Availability & Shareholder/Member Communication Letter 

The notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting, and the Annual Report 2019 and 2019 Accounts will shortly be available for download on the Company's website at investors.adihgroup.com.

Furthermore, in accordance with the Listing Rules, the 2019 Accounts were submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available to be reviewed at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism . The notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting is also being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available to be viewed at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .

The Company will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Monday, 22 June 2020 at the ADES premises, Building No. B5 Capital Business Park, Floor No.5, Sheikh Zayed City, 6th of October, Giza Governorate, Egypt at 4:00 p.m. (UK time) / 5:00 p.m. (Egypt time).

Due to current travel restrictions and measures implemented in relation to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, remote access to the Annual General Meeting will be provided to members upon request in accordance with the terms set out in the notice. Members are encouraged to submit their proxy forms and cast their votes. In addition, members are kindly requested to submit their questions in advance of the Annual General Meeting in accordance with the terms set out in the notice.
