I take it you're withdrawing all your very negative pronouncements about MXCP and associated companies, particularly with Mxcp old timer Collighan getting on board.
What's actually changed here, anyway, to merit your change of mind set.

Market commentators are now saying that the SERIOUS FRAUD OFFICE might be involved into the FRAUD investigations going on at RCN and that MXCP are right in the frame.?

A lot more re MXCP to be revealed soon apparently!!?

Gosh that sounds rather grim.

MXCP is a monumental can of worms they are saying AND .............

There is a lot more material to be released re mxcp's part in this and it has "potential for a monumental explosion"

Oh and MXCP its 'cornerstone' is according to some in the media being looked at very closely by the authorities and there is a lot lot lot more on that story to emerge so they say.

Maddox no doubt Chimers will shout me down but I believe they're buiding a very good business. The problem is it's going to take time and most investors don't like waiting for an investment to come good.
Add the fact that the history of when they were Pinn will take some time to be forgotten.

Gavin Lyons stepping down is going to slow progress furthur imho while they search for a new man to take over.


Key Highlights:

· £5m revenue for the 6-months to 31st March 2017, of which 71% is recurring.

· Gross profit of £3.1m, representing 62% gross margin and of which 73% comes from recurring revenue

· On a like for like basis recurring revenue and gross profit increased by 10%

· Adjusted Trading Group EBITDA of £0.8m

· Cash at bank of £3.9m

Commenting on the results, Gavin Lyons, Executive Chairman stated:

"...The period under review has been one of consolidation (with no acquisitions or disposals) rather than the frenetic sequence of M&A activity which characterised the preceding 12 months as we established the Group in its current form.

During the period we have continued to make good progress with our strategy of delivering IT as a Service to our customer base and in building out a business platform capable of future scaling both organically and through acquisition.

We have built a business that has solid financial foundations with high levels of recurring revenues and gross profit.

Now that the fundamental turnaround of the Company is complete, it is now the right time for me to step down as Executive Chairman in order for someone else to come and guide the Group through its next phase of growth. We have commenced a process to find a suitable replacement and I remain committed and in situ until that process has been completed."

What do you think is the problem with this business - is it that the market doesn't exist or can't they sell the proposition? On the face of it the proposition seems to make sense.

Hi Guys,

Just added these to my Watchlist. I like the IT as a Service strategy as a concept. Question is - is there a market and can AD4 sell the product?

Didn't this go from around this price to about 17p when Gavin Lyons joined then slowly ticked down. Could we see another similar rise if they get the right person in now the company is in better shape?
