A quick search on the internet revealed that Jarrod Potter was a director at Accumuli.

I agree that the strategy is to build Adept4 into a medium sized company and then sell it on. Exactly what happened with Accumuli PLC.

Gavin Lyons, Executive Chairman of Adept4, was CEO of Accumuli and he is a Partner at MXC Capital Ltd who own 25% of Adept4.

Ian Winn, Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director of Adept4, had a top job at Accumuli PLC.

Simon Duckworth, Non Executive Director of Adept4, was a Non Executive Director of Accumuli PLC.

This very capable team will build Adept4 and then sell it.

I forgot about this Jarrod Potter does anyone know who he is,is he connected to the company in any way or just an investor like us ?
Duckworth and Lyon will do what they did before at Accumuli take a small company and turn it into a medium sized one and then sell it on to an even bigger one.
That seems to be what MXCP does with all its investments.

freddie01, lordkevin and all long term holders who are still invested since the old Pinnacle days.

I do get a feeling that Adept4 is making good progress. Why would Andrew Barnes add to his considerable holding (se post 34 of 42)and why would Mr and Mrs Duckworth recently but and why would Jarrod Porter buy a load of Adept4 shares.

lordkevin you are spot on when you say that the Adept4 directors know more than most about what the current state of play is and what the future holds.

I have often thought that Mr Duckworth, with his considerable cyber security connections, could introduce Adept4 into new contracts.

Looking forward to finding out what progress has been made by the Company.

Andrew Barnes adding to his already large holding is a very good sign that things are coming together nicely.
He is the managing director at Ancar-B one of the AD4 group of companies,so if anyone would know it would be him.
Simon Duckworth and wife also added to their position a few weeks previous.
I suspect we will be seeing some feedback over the coming weeks and months and AD4 might now be starting to make serious inroads.
I shall follow their lead and also buy a few more.
Directors know more than most on what is to come and these are decent amounts of money they have added by anyone's standard.

They are also offering odds for the 1979 xmas number one!! and debating the move from the gold standard.

You are absolutely correct when you say that Adept4 bears no resemblance whatsoever with the old Pinnacle company.

Gavin Lyons is a proven successful businessman who has assembled a team that has refocused Pinnacle in a short period of time by a succession of takeovers and disposals. Adept4 has a clear strategy.

Those close to the business have backed Gavin Lyons. They will know the plans and they have invested in the company knowing that Gavin can deliver once again.

It has been a long unprofitable road but I think that there is definite light at the end of the tunnel.

This company bears no resemblance to the old PINN and long term holders will be rewarded.

On the 12/8/16 Andrew Barnes owned 17,857,143 shares representing 7.9% of the company.

Yesterday (24/8) Andrew bought a further 243,055 shares.

He would not have bought these additional shares unless he was super confident in the progress of the company.
