AdEPT Technology Group plc, one of the UK's leading independent providers of managed services for IT, unified communications, connectivity and voice solutions, has been informed that following a distribution of ordinary shares in AdEPT to the underlying beneficiaries, the Estate of Christopher Fishwick (the "Estate") no longer has an interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company.

Following the distribution of ordinary shares from the Estate, the below individuals have an interest as follows:
