Share Purchase by Chief Executive

AdEPT (AIM: ADT), one of the UK's leading independent providers of managed services for IT, unified communications, connectivity and voice solutions, has been notified that Phil Race (Chief Executive) purchased 2,778 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 360p per Ordinary Share on 10 May 2019.

Following the purchase, Mr Race is interested in 2,778 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
