03/6/2005 10:54 | Addworth now has 7.39% of Myhome international Plc on Ofex. This has significantly out weighted any other investment made by Addworth. Addworth increases stake in Myhome International Plc Addworth Plc, the recently AIM floated 'active capital' investor, has today announced that following recent purchases it has added a further 100,000 shares in the OFEX quoted Myhome International Plc, the UK's leading premium residential cleaning franchise operation. The purchase takes the holding up to 1,500,000 shares, which represents 7.39% of the Myhome equity. Any comments or thoughts...... | purple
19/5/2005 10:17 | Trying to get price up artificiallyy for placing perhaps? Certain unscrupulous people have been known to do that in the City. | argy2

09/5/2005 13:31 | Hopefully Instandem Films will do a touch better than MWM's massive ramp for Content Films! | argy2
01/5/2005 12:00 | I see they are floating a company called e-retail in a week or so and will be holding 25%. They also seem to have a c3% holding in Intandem Films plc that listed a week or so ago. They have been busy boys! | topvest
30/4/2005 17:57 | What a chart! What sort of dorks buy stocks like this? ROFLMAO | haystack
30/4/2005 13:20 | Fear not, ADW shareholders. Under my leadership I predict a new dawn and a bright future for ADW. | mad4it
30/4/2005 13:10 | "0.5p warrants" glug, glug, glug.. not much confidence.. more greed unfortunatly... perhaps in the knifton camp where warrants are set at 0.1p..when the current share price is around 2-3p.. to raise monies at 2p..or in this case 5-6p... terrific confidence booster ... eh saffy | safman
30/4/2005 13:01 | Sorry if you're losing money on this dog, but fear not, I have decided to offer my services as Executive Chairman of the company. I think it's best for all concerned if MWM and I sit down and compare our investing records, having done so I expect him to instanly resign on the spot and hand over his Executive Chair and 0.5p warrants to me. I shall then hand him a Japanese ceremonial dagger and a small towel, ask him to do the decent thing for former and current generations of investors who've followed his investing advice and I shall then leave the room. My first task as EC will be to sell his house and cigar collection to raise money for some decent investments. I shall then introduce performance related options and invite the other members of the board to 'bring it or sling it'. | mad4it
30/4/2005 12:27 | I just meant it hadn't plunged as I expected. | davidblack
30/4/2005 11:52 | " Survived the carnage " !! ROFLMBO! A little song dedicatd to the ADW management: "I want all the world to see to see you're laughin' And you're laughin' at me. I can take it all from you: Again again again again again again again again Deeper and down. Get down deeper and down " Regards Rick Parfit. p.s No offence meant David, but I couldn't resist! ;) | mad4it
30/4/2005 11:34 | Actually this one seems to have survived the carnage over the last couple of weeks. Ideally they need to raise some money and push forward, but at what price? | davidblack

22/4/2005 14:20 | Oh dear down again! | davidblack
21/4/2005 22:43 | I don't think they're having an issue at 3p. They've bought into e-retail which is having an issue at 3p. These will return quickly to the issue price when the true value of his investments are appreciated. If you don't like it, don't buy the shares! | basebeat
21/4/2005 17:47 | DB Two things: 1...Says volumes about share price and its likely movement if you can buy near the bid. 2....You must be looking sub 1p then imho | argy2
21/4/2005 15:07 | Agreed the spreads wide but my broker can usually get near the bid. What I am interested in is the underlying NAV less say 25% investment company discount. | davidblack
21/4/2005 13:19 | Davidblack - theres fair value in many stocks but these would have to fall another 50%. Remember if you buy at this level they would have to rise 40% to get your money back. regards | targatarga |
