With the current share price at such a massive discount to the cash of 39p / share is just too cheap ... and they know it.

Crypt I need no extra excuse to hit the pubs. But not from a known AIM higher risk stock investment.
I am more annoyed as I have held for some time and finally thought things were turning around.
Not expecting to get ripped off by our own Directors.

No this is more standing up against a suspicious act. At present I am only slightly down on my actual investment, I intend to find out if the management are acting in our best interest. Or in their own which would be able to be stopped prior to sale in a court of law.

I am surprised though given the previous comments on this thread that no one else feels the same.

Are there any publications we could ask to voice our concerns?
www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk was a new site mentioned on another thread but may be to new to help.
But does anyone have any contact with a popular newsletter or something?

Good for ADA as it will further discourage the institutions from leaving their money with this crowd...

I am only bitter because my stupid broker didn't wanted to let me short Emblaze.

Some bitterness if this spills over to ADA, ORCA, and ZIP.

ADA should be trading around the 30p mark, NOT at 22p to sell.
The market makers did knew some insider info about this, thats my bitterness

You can buy at 24p and cash in (if you think) next month.

Hopfully the year results will bring some light at the end of the tunnel.

As I said before; tax loss selling before April will bring this share back to low 20ties.

If I can buy at 20p with no real bad news out yet, I am going in again.
Still can not beleave the FSA is gonne let us pay for Emblaze selling on insite news!

They haven't sold them yet.........

Market will happily chip this down a penny a week up to the EGM so they can collect up all the sells and cash in on the deal......

nilip - the investigation is still active so I don't expect any reply other than 'we are in receipt of your communication'. I suggest that you, and others, write yourself: - the more letters they receive the more likely they are to take note.

biglosses - in short, yes. Give Capita, the registrars, a call (0870 162 3100 (from outside the UK: +44 (0) 20 8639 2157)) and they'll tell you exactly what they expect.

How is it you vote in EGM. I take it you need to download the voting form from ADAs website and fill it out. If the shares are held in a nominee account do you need a letter from the broker confirming this and the quantity held which is sent along with the voting form?
