02/9/2007 08:23 | yes that is what they are saying; they are pleased to announce that the information required by the AIM Rule is available on the website; probable someone did made an announcement about not giving enough information but by the AIM rule they do not have to give more information as already given; thus in other words "find it your selve on the website" if not sell your shares we are happy to buy they at big discount prises. As money is king now back in the US, with the financial crisis, this piggy should be trading above it cash level...... | eenmakkie
30/8/2007 09:16 | wonder if we are to get a bid update soon?? | chrisdgb
20/8/2007 06:10 | Adamind Ltd 20 August 2007 20 August 2007 Adamind Ltd ('Adamind') Company Website Adamind Ltd (AIM:ADA) is pleased to announce that the information required by AIM Rule 26 will be available on the Adamind website at www.adamind.com on Monday 20th August 2007. | hotfinance14
13/8/2007 15:30 | Not losing any money here; Its all being lost on BLZ :0( | par12
26/7/2007 14:27 | Scburbs Thanks for your reply and for clarifing the cash situation. I mis-read the article. | fagine
26/7/2007 13:08 | Well personally I don't buy that. Costs should be minimal (compared to the cash, though the FSA nightmare remains) post the Mobixell transaction. Also, who would want to pay 'cash' for 'cash' other than a money launderer? And a launderer would pay a premium. Ditto for a reverse takeover, since buying cash is rather cheaper than trying to raise it (particularly if paid for with paper). I guess since ADA still 'technically' trades, the interims will be out within 8 weeks. Perhaps they will show some residual balance-sheet value, other than the cash pile... | katylied
26/7/2007 13:02 | Advisers fees, court approvals etc. Given the history a liquidator may need to do some work to confirm no other creditors. | scburbs
26/7/2007 12:36 | What liquidation costs schurbs? The workforce went to mobixell... | katylied
26/7/2007 12:34 | KatyLied, If someone can make a cash offer to buy 34p per share for 32p per share then this may be good for both parties (it removes liquidation costs for ADA shareholders and gives free money to the purchaser). A bit risky for a purchaser given FSA issues. | scburbs
26/7/2007 12:18 | ADA is surely just a cash shell now? So what is all this about an 'offer for the company'. Do ADA have any residual value other than the cash? A reverse takeover might be a possibility (to get a listing), but only after the cash was gone. Otherwise only a 'paper' transaction would make any sense and I doubt many shareholders would be much ammused by that... | katylied
26/7/2007 11:15 | Fagine, They have just over £12m of cash (including escrow) and around 35.5m shares (assuming Sensestream didn't hit relevant targets) so c.34p per share. There may be further costs (although there is substantial interest income) so 30-32p may be a more realistic target. | scburbs
26/7/2007 10:47 | It said the cash position $24.44M + in escrow $550K + £9.446M +EUR 484K which equals aprox. £22.263M. How much iis that per share? | fagine
26/7/2007 10:32 | any feel for what the bid level could be??? Wonder who it is?? | chrisdgb
26/7/2007 10:24 | great news, up shes goes | chrisdgb
18/7/2007 08:20 | Or the directors will us the money to buy BLZ shares off the chairman !! they could buy his stake for 150p a pop | par12
16/7/2007 08:05 | Yep will also have to pay all director contracts; SO if they are due a couple of mil in pound notes then it could happen and we will get the money via the SP | par12
15/7/2007 08:27 | All depends on the FSA inquiry, once announcement made then cash can be distributed/already converted it to Sterling/court approval regarding handout. | deep powder
14/7/2007 22:51 | anyone know when we're gonna get our money? | tifosigb
04/7/2007 07:41 | just read annual report, this thing is cashed up big time. If you ignore intangibles, its circa 40p a share IN CASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | chrisdgb
03/7/2007 11:37 | someone did received already the annual repport? | eenmakkie
29/6/2007 14:57 | Do hope the funds are hold in Pound Sterling and not in the declining dollar, because 10% lose here and 10% lose there and some money for the only employer and we arrive at 25p a share. Maybe they put the money on a bank in Israel, ....gonne....for.... anyway still holding this (???""*$$££---00.00) | eenmakkie
27/6/2007 12:55 | I believe cash now held in Sterling, await FSA report then hopefully move to give the funds back, still over 30p per share.... | deep powder |
