01/5/2007 16:05 | Well ZIP starting to look like a bargin, we could reverse into that baby; loads of cash to find a company like EMOS to snap up or maybe a mobile phone design outfit | par12
01/5/2007 12:41 | They are giving the cash back.... why do you witter on about Emblaze, get over it, 30p+ | chrisdgb
01/5/2007 11:47 | Orca and ZIP still have cash, I think more they gonna stuff us with Emoze that needs cash and a listing. | eenmakkie
29/4/2007 09:07 | Why give the cash back, better for shareholder to buy ORCA ZIP or VDI direct from BLZ | par12
27/4/2007 13:56 | Not much trading this week, all about the spread, buy gone through at 27p, pretty good if we are getting 30p+ soon. | deep powder
20/4/2007 14:51 | Thanks for the link, I expect 32p cash in first payment and then maybe 3 or 4p on the winding up of the company. If anybody held Radamec they made 3 cash payments. | deep powder
20/4/2007 06:53 | some clarity on the payourt is this what u guys had in mind? | maiseymouse
19/4/2007 11:01 | 15% return on a 6mth deposit account is trhe way I see it. Through in a couple of £2m for the quote and off we go | tsmith2
19/4/2007 09:28 | Agree 2LB. Best to just sit this one out and wait for the cash of ~32p as and when. ADA have already said (and the regulator will make sure of this) that the cash will be returned to shareholders, quote, "at the earliest opportunity". MM's will be extremely pleased and highly obliging to take your shares off your hands for a virtually guaranteed 20% profit for themselves. You'd have to be mental to sell at such a deep discount to the ~32p. Best to just forget about your shares and wait for the cash to credit your account :-) | nilip
19/4/2007 09:22 | Adamind ticked up 1-1/2 to 27-1/2 following completion of the sale of its assets to Mobixell for 5.5 mln usd. Bridgewell Securities pointed out that it is likely the timing of the cash return to shareholders will be influenced by how quickly the ongoing FSA investigation progresses. The broker, which adopts a 'neutral' stance on the stock, estimates that a 30 pence-plus per share of cash should be returnable to shareholders. | nickcduk
19/4/2007 08:48 | even now the MM's are not sure about the cash value | par12
19/4/2007 08:31 | Well, if we take an average of the calcs above we get 32p. That's a 10-15% premium on the current share price to buy at 29p (can buy for 28.75p) Money for nothing. | nilip
19/4/2007 08:29 | 28v29 Expect that is where it will stay. Simple trade off betwwen 28p now or 30-34p in the future. | 2lb
19/4/2007 08:24 | UK smallcap opening - Adamind ticks up on assets sale completion LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Adamind ticked up 1/2 to 26-1/2 following completion of the sale of its assets to Mobixell for 5.5 mln usd. Bridgewell Securities pointed out that it is likely the timing of the cash return to shareholders will be influenced by how quickly the ongoing FSA investigation progresses. The broker, which adopts a 'neutral' stance on the stock, estimates that a 30 pence-plus per share of cash should be returnable to shareholders. tf.TFN-Europe_newsde fjb/vjt | 2lb
19/4/2007 08:11 | 33p by my calcs, and I've been in ADA long enough to have done enough damn calcs! :-) | 2lb
19/4/2007 08:10 | ITS BETTER THAN 26P | par12
19/4/2007 07:47 | Upon clearer calculation, I get 31-32p. | nilip
19/4/2007 07:44 | My guess is 32p, although not sure if they will need to retain some to cover eventualities such as FSA case etc. 34.5p would be nice as it is my breakeven point, but I can't see it being that much. | scburbs
19/4/2007 07:42 | 30p about the best you can hope for ? | twigden
19/4/2007 07:38 | Thanks mbaxter, haven't been following this thread for a while - assumed that whatever will pan out will pan out so to speak. This is the best outcome shareholders could have asked for and indeed were waiting for. | nilip
19/4/2007 07:36 | YEP SOUNDS GOOD | par12
19/4/2007 07:32 | nilip see gromley's earlier post for a good guess based on conversations at the agm. From past experience of these situations, it is generally difficult for outsiders to tally their understanding of the accounts with the eventual sums returned. | mbaxter
19/4/2007 07:25 | What does that make the cash per share to be returned ... On a conservative guess - I would guess at about circa 34-35p / share. | nilip
19/4/2007 07:22 | YES !!!! "Following the Transaction, the Company's assets consist primarily of cash, and the board of directors intends to return monies to the shareholders at the earliest opportunity". | nilip |
