again dully passed, every thing is dully there as well our money on the bank.
They even didn't anounce how many cash there is left on the books, no final results for us to look at.

They gonne spend that money very dully in 12 months.

Has someone gonne to the EGM to take a look if all has gonne like it should be?

Emblaze and co didn't left the bilding there still are using there forses to get all the money from the IPO's.

Well well, the turkeys appear to have voted for Christmas. Are these fund managers stupid, or supine, or insiders to some brilliant wheeze our board has dreamt up that we lesser mortals don't need to know about?

gobby – Marble Bar is 20% owned by Lehman Brothers, so presumably it was their shares that moved? Do you know if the LB holding has gone down? Probably getting the ducks in a row ready for the object lesson in creative accounting we'll receive over the next twelve months...

RESOLUTION 3 – RATIFICATION OF APPOINTMENT OF A BOARD MEMBER AND APPROVAL OF THE TERMS OF HIS REMUNERATION

At the Meeting, the shareholders of the Company will be asked to vote upon the following resolution:
That the appointment of Mr. Johannes Streng to the Company's board of directors, following his appointment by the members of the board as a non-executive director as of 20 February 2007, be, and is hereby, ratified and approved, and that the terms of his remuneration, consisting of (i) coverage under the Company's D&O insurance and (ii) 20,000 UK Pounds Sterling per year be, and hereby are, approved.

RESOLUTION 1 - APPROVAL OF ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT

At the Meeting, the shareholders of the Company will be asked to vote upon the following resolution:
That the asset purchase agreement dated as of 20 February 2007 (the "Agreement") by and between the Company and Mobixell Networks (Israel) Ltd. ("Mobixell"), pursuant to which Mobixell has conditionally agreed to (i) purchase substantially all of the assets of the Company, (ii) assume certain of the Company's liabilities relating to the purchased assets and (iii) make employment offers to a majority of the Company's employees, be, and is hereby, approved, with any such minor amendments as the board of directors or a duly appointed committee or member of the board of directors may approve, and that the board of directors or a duly appointed committee or member of the board of directors be and is hereby authorised to take all steps necessary or desirable to complete the Transaction.

EGM votes take a while to add up. They should be in a position to put an announcement out later on this afternoon. Hopefully we will get a timetable on when the majority of the cash will be returned.

Rumour has it that, someone close to the FSA pick up 5 mil just 12 hours before the EGM.

As well as egm, wonder if we will have any FSA update? I almost feel upset not having the bottle to top up as it is probably very cheap cash, we will see.
