("ADAM" or the "Company")
RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING
Further to the announcement on 5 April 2018 of the proposed disposal of the Sale Portfolio, the Company is pleased to announce that the Resolution was duly passed by Shareholders at the General Meeting held earlier today and that the disposal has thereby been approved.
Completion of the disposal of the Sale Portfolio remains conditional upon completion of the Restructuring, which the Directors understand is on going. A further announcement will be made when the Company has been informed of a completion date for that exercise.
Capitalised terms used in this announcement have the meaning given to them in the announcement of 5 April 2018.
