Successful Completion of Disposal in Selected Assets
Adamas Finance Asia Limited (AIM: ADAM), a London quoted pan-Asian diversified investment vehicle, is pleased to announce that further to the release dated 5 April 2018 in relation to the proposed disposal of interests in the CPE Portfolio, that all conditions precedent under the Assignment and Assumption Agreement have been fulfilled and Completion took place on 21 November 2018.
The Disposal is in line with the Company's objective of a managed disposal programme of its legacy portfolio where commercially viable and reinvesting the proceeds in pan-Asian income producing assets with capital gain potential.
