Best wait and see next Rns. If they said that news first thing let everybody pile in and now have more bad news then it's a disgrace and leaves them open for litigation.

But if they have good news to offer all is forgiven they say.

The Company believes this press speculation is without foundation as it has received all relevant documentation from the Ministry and is looking forward to developing the relationship further.

It encouraged a lot of buying and then suspension !

Statement re: Suspension

Further to the notification released by Active Energy earlier today, the directors have requested a temporary suspension in trading in the Company's securities pending clarification of the position regarding the issue of Commercial Timber Permits as announced by the Company on 19 November 2018.

Office junior sends out finished papers. Company receives finished papers. No press photo of Minister signing landmark papers with big pen. So both positions true but yet to be resolved?
Pure speculation of a possible scenario...

The company has effectively stated the relationship is becoming stronger. That media should get sued.

Back to trading, these are bargain prices at this level. Once RNS is digested, this will go boom. L2 looking sharp and moving in chunks.

Buys coming in strong and in good volume and keeps going to NT. Only a matter of time - big mover today.

An unsigned denial. They believe press speculation is without foundation. Strangely worded. They either know it is or isn't...this has been a serial disappointer over the years on AIM with a slant towards the impression of sharp practice.
