After driving NCDEQ mad for days on Twitter, they finally replied regarding Lumberton. " THE AIR PERMIT MODIFICATION IS ON HOLD PENDING SUBMISSION OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION". in other words they are doing nothing in Lumberton and probably not much in Ashland.

Still find it hard to take that we seem to be repeating old tests - but I guess they may be testing larger quantities. And with a washing phases reportedly removed...

Ironic too that the samples were shipped back to Utah.

And a RNS to let shareholders know about test results but still no update to shareholders re court proceedings.

Ho-hum.
