Hi Garth,

That is good to know

"Reduced most of my holdings by 1/3 across the board second half of January "

I think that is a very wise move.

I have also been slicing my holdings of late. Remember sell in May phrase and come back after summer.

I think by summer vaccines will have been in rolled out in earnest.

A mini boom for H2 but do not know after that.

Alot depends on how new variants behave and whether these are managed well. I am not sure at the moment.

Great read for those invested, spells out quite clearly just how large the market place is for coalswitch and how quickly this product is going to be needed in vast quantities.

Date of document also coincides with our FD appointment, I suspect there's a few large deals in the near term, it is however meaningless until proven in RNS.

Large volume last Friday, but some of the loan conversion must have something to do with the 21 million traded.

The bounce is after a Fibonacci 50% retrace and Williams bounce from low

On looking at the chart, since yesterday the share price is bouncing back after the recent retracement from an Intraday high of 1.90p, The Indicator Stochastic signal the turning and share price bouncing from the 20 days MA.

Actually these conversions are good news . It reduces debt , improves the balance sheet and increases profitability as there is no coupon interest to pay .

Dogsoggy,

I lost thousands from having too many eggs in a basket on the back of the dog this became two years ago.

Have learned my lesson. It is still one of my biggest holdings though and I continue to be jaded/excited about the prospects. I'd just like to have some shares in RMDE too!!

It continues to be all about execution.

I reckon we are heading back to 1p, consolidating, and then on again in the spring. But 1.2p looks a possible turning point too. What does any of us really know about what direction the markets and this particular share price will take in the short term?

Just a view.

Kron,

a good start might be the link from RMDE via Saint in the post above. Points (1),2,3,7

And this,

"The immense problems faced in Canada (and globally) related to waste and damaged fibre, wildfire remediation and mitigation, pest invasion and disease in forestry, combined with the global move to renewable energy and recycling, means that our ESG and LCA based approach to applying state of the art environmental technologies could not be better placed to help."

The benefit of what AEG and RMDE (more successfully at present?) are seeking to do is to turn waste to a cleaner form of energy than exists in current form. There a forest management aspect to their proposition which is, for me, just as compelling as the coal-substitution element.

Coalswitch works well with low-calorific waste fibre. There are vast swathes of beetle infested and part-burned forest that are uneconomical to deal with. All of that standing (dead/dying/decaying) fibre is useful feedstock. It becomes economical to clear it, provide forest fire breaks or re-plant with a variety of healthy new tree stock.

Salty dog is another example.

While the Polish venture has not yet received funding and progressed, Superfuel would help to clean up damaging waste and provide a cleaner solution than pure coal on the way to a future far more fully powered by renewables.

The double washing period removes salts including, importantly, sulphur.

One pollutant concern raised at the air permit public hearings was formaldehyde. AEG have already stated that they will use state of the art capture mechanisms. Close monitoring of pollutant levels will take place at the reference plant. I will be interested in what comes out re that specific concern. It is not one that relates uniquely to AEG but to wider use of biomass.

Was expecting price to hold up a bit better then it has specially with RMDE and potential news flows, hopefully news that changes price direction over coming days, with what news is due, when it lands we will look back at these prices kicking ourselves for not loading up more.

That's how this game works.
