I know that some apples and pairs argument could be made.

Seems more to me like comparing apples and sweet potatoes...

AEG's tech & IP is interesting and IMO valuable in the near and medium term. I think there's lots of upside from the current levels. The window of opportunity is limited IMO, in the long term coal power plants will be mothballed with be no new investment in that direction.

EQT £180M
PHE £372M
VLS £107M

AEG £15M

I know that some apples and pears argument could be made. But they are all fruit in that they are junior new-energy companies with differing levels of capital backing and demonstrated plant.

That recognised, the valuation gap is, IMO, mighty stretched and destined to narrow over the coming weeks and months.

Beginning to build some strength now.

Would be nice to see it reach 1.5p to 2p on current news in the short term.

Fully expect us to take out the 4p levels of a couple of years back once management have demonstrated they can execute the June delivery - which we might reasonably expect to be the first of very many.

Providing management execute these levels will look a crazy crazy bargain in the coming years.

Do your own research. Come to your own conclusions.

December 22nd 2020

Active Energy, the London quoted international biomass based renewable energy and forestry management business, is pleased to announce it has received its first order for CoalSwitch™ from the reference plant at its Lumberton site.

The order is from PacifiCorp, the largest grid operator in the western United States, that serves the growing energy demands of 1.9 million customers. AEG's CoalSwitch™ will be burnt at PacifiCorp's Hunter Power Plant in Utah as part of the coal/biomass co-firing demonstration being conducted by PacifiCorp.

This share is for long term investment. Some may trade, good for them, however the very unique product/s and the underlying bottom line is really going to drive, share price is giving to move on news.Long-term holders are most likely still under water, and as they know what they have invested in a don't believe they'll sell even when they breakeven i could be wrong Aeg has negatives too, like most companies in the red duevto r&d and plant construction, also the company as a trend seams to always miss it's own projection on dates within projects -- long-term holders are very aware Hence this is an investment,DYOR

Got a mention in the Times Market Report

"Among the tiddlers, Active Energy powered up ¼p, or 83.3 per cent, to ¾p after it received a first order for its Coalswitch pellets made from leftover wood, which power plants can burn instead of coal."

Good day.

FWIW, it is my view that the company is now in a far better place than it was when the share price was at 1.2p a few months ago. And I think the wider investment community will slowly move towards a similar conclusion.

It might just finally get "interesting" on here.
