Unfortunately not AEG, as your link makes clear, this is RMDE in Canada, the privately owned and run business which is licensed to purchase CoalSwitch.Mr Spinks and team doing an excellent job, and creating local work.

#AEG Wow just read this update. 1 coalswitch plant in Canada is at FID stage with apparent strong backing from locals, a further 5 plants! are at advanced planning stages, with more planned in other areas. Mr Spinks is creating a monster!

CLNs @ 1p is equivalent to 2 license, which isn't going to be very hard.

It appears to me that this is now a clean start for AEG and they seem to have crossed the line in the sand re a workable commercial strategy. There is very strong support and flexibility with the CLN bondholders and it looks like they all want this to work when you look at the flexibility offered with financing at the nominal price at 1p - just wondering what the share price will need to hit for them to start converting. There will be dilution but I feel this will add value to company overall due to reduction in debt with the assets they now have in place.

The thing I like most is that AEG has raised funds and they have purchase assets with the proceeds and raised the cash based at 1p (in some cases the share price was approx 50% under this at the time!) Even the recent acquisition the end of March was based at 1p!

Looking for a least 1.2p in the next 4 weeks and if this does happen I will be closely watching the CLN take up!

Just keep you eyes on RMDE (2 Coalswitch licenses) as I have a feeling they may acquire Timberlands 76% share from AEG so they can get their hands on Newfoundland as they are based in Canada and this will leave AEG to concentrate on the US/Europe market - Feel also the Asia market with be licensed which is why they are firming up the IP protection. This then leaves US and Europe to be supplied from Lumberton and they can then ramp up production using a mixture of debt, placings (subject to CLN and share price) and profits from lumber activities

Some that have brought a stake recently need to do some research into the tech of CoalSwitch, PeatSwitch and Superfuel iPs.

Free financial advice for the PI? Become an investor on AIM...lol not many PIs get the opportunity.. Seen the CLNs here?

Worked a treat. They must be very excited about the placing. Or business. Sometime in the future. Emmm?

Did the last one jump on a spike? Obviously not a trader. Drew the short straw.

There are many many more shares then before, the product has had many loops to jump through. The underlining tech is completely unique, and trader that's looking to make a quick buck, are going to make a quick buck as this moved on only 30 Million shares traded when their is over 1300 million. (feel free to contact me)The main holders haven't sold any shares. As investors no the true value, the tech and IP can be more or applied to almost any bio waste, so AEGplc just on selling licences and collecting royalties is working actually worth millions.Look at the increase in biomass use in Asia for example.Selling one license rocketed the company to profit, what would another hand full do? The conversion spent by Drax gives you an idea the worth of AEGplc.Royalties at $5 per ton, look at the global biomass market, just take 2 or 1 percent of that make, puts AEGplc in a completely different place. (I'll let you do the maths) as the tech could easily be sold to current biomass producers. I would recommend traders too, on this share to become an investor,.

Drmaccers, I’ve read your blog posts which I found fascinating. Are you still predicting 60p share price within 5 years. I’m just curious if things have changed with recent news?

That Oct one is probably a bit outdated now with all the new info we have.

If everything plays out as expected I can see 40p this year easily enough

Revenue from licensing, won't be until AEGplc partner in Canada gets up and running, and as AEGplc have been assisting in the plant build shouldn't be too long.AEGplc has other revenue streams, to keep the lights on. So any income additional from CoalSwitch is a plus.If the management decides to build a couple 50T plants in the US then, yes they'll need funds if they take their time get the 5T operational, and use income then, no needs to get extra cash, it'll be covered by income. The Management, should focus on getting a few more licences and assisting Partnera get CoalSwitch out the door.
