03/6/2020 14:14 | And a very large forestry asset in Ukraine, with over 40 years' licence left to run, from memory. At the point it becomes clear that they are going to get this over the line a massive, massive re-rate will be on.From what Angel had to say, looks like those bread and butter logging revenues may be about to haul it over that line.G | garth
03/6/2020 14:06 | huge rise followed by steady increments is preferable | chinadog3
03/6/2020 12:16 | Would prefer a slower 5 to 10 percent raise a day that a massive 40+. Still undervalued a notes and bonds converted a little while back at 1p - with noise coming from Canada (even without the US permit) much much more, remember AEGplc still has interests in Canada (not just with RMDE) | isa2020
03/6/2020 10:34 | Smackeraim, Thank you for sharing the Angel note. Very interesting reading on projected logging revenues for the year. I wish those aspects had been given greater emphasis in forward looking statements in the finals. G. | garth

01/6/2020 09:54 | Agree ? they could be taking a little less out. My overall point is that the one license made a big imprint on the accounts, in reality they only need a few more and not do anything and AEGplc gets royalties. I've said this from the start and at AGMs too - 'go down the licencing route' and leave the headache of building and local laws to the local Partner., so a couple of years ago once the plant was tested and certified that is what they should have been doing, we would have been where we are now two years earlier. AEGplc should be a 2 Director and Admin staff, and R&D department , selling licensing of is product and development, (looking at different organic waste). I've said this so many times, to past and present management. Now one of the previous directors has purchased a license. Which I think was a little to cheap. There are so many companies (energy companies) that could buy AEGplc using petty cash, however they would need to buy out the loans, CLN etc. The tech and patent is worth 20 million yet. However at about 2 million a license, you would only need to sell 10, and with all the other half baked projects AEGplc has, there is value. | isa2020
01/6/2020 08:26 | 11 employees: 3 directors, 3 admin, 5 production Circa $1.5m of salaries cash and shares. Add in what they pay themselves interest on loaned cash. And the statemet reads, further delays on pellets but we are cutting more local timber... European demand for pellets has levelled off. Isa - IMO, that second broker is because they are going to need more cash. Full stop. Covid or no covid, they got DD wrong on that permit. But the management are, unless I have missed something, still eating up the cash paying themselves full salaries. It is unseemly, IMO. G. | garth
01/6/2020 07:32 | Accounts are very solid, massive turnaround. Hopefully we'll found out who has interest in the company and it's tech - for AEGplc to appoint a second broker. Nice to know that they are assisting our Partner RMDE with their plant over the last few months, I expect a modest rise in shareprice. | isa2020
27/5/2020 21:25 | "Once issued, huge progress at #AEG towards revenue generating plant operation. Each step reduces risk increases acceptance/validatio Lets hope there are no further delays to the online meeting event and that the decision is pushed through quickly due to the many delays - Wonder how RMDE are getting on with them licenses! | grsshaw1

25/5/2020 13:08 | They placed shares at 1p in late 2018. They attached warrants at 1.75, which have now expired. Since then they have issued around $6 million of loan notes that convert at 1p. The note holders and placees funds were to bring the small scale plant into production at a large site in Lumberton bought for $3.2 million in 2019. 1p a share is what they paid. We can buy at 0.4p. If you believe that air permit will be given in June then you are getting shares at a huge discount to the bondholders and placees. If we add the ancillary activities at Lumberton and the Canada licence then 1p looks undervalued. The permit delays have hit this hard. | jomanny

18/5/2020 07:38 | Garth, The delays caused by mis-management by the BoD has cost this Co alot of money and slowed progress. They are just not upto it and need another one or two professionals on board | jailbird
18/5/2020 06:22 | Thanks for posting the link Jomanny. At least it provides a more definitive end point. But March has been extended to April and then to May and now to June for a permit hearing for plant they were going to have built 4th quarter last year. I understand that the permit delays are not the fault of management. But the lack of due diligence over the need for the replacement permit certainly was. My patience with this one has got threadbare. G. | garth

07/5/2020 07:32 | Thanks for sharing that Isa. I had a look. Hard to know - but as you intimate, it could be AEG. I just would have thought that they would have shouted about it really loud if it was. They need some good news! G. | garth |
