04/5/2020 10:09 | Thanks Isa, got a link? If not I'll go digging. Edit. Had look. Interesting moves in Feb, as linked on their website, but all seemed to come to an abrupt end in March. Am I missing something? G. | garth
04/5/2020 10:08 | There's a little bit of noise coming from our first and currently only Partner in Canada | isa2020
04/5/2020 10:02 | You're having giraffe. Up again. Did you see the "Streams" entry at companies House Dave? Interesting. G. | garth
04/5/2020 09:58 | Let it spike Garth so I can get my million out for a small profit instead of a loss :-)) Must be the market...anything blue is getting chased up today | dave4545
04/5/2020 09:54 | But someone reading it as positive... | garth
04/5/2020 08:49 | And that is the $$$ question. Hence a joint broker, IMO. Took a few more at a loss and stuck the cash in pharma. My fear of losing capital is winning out the arm wrestle with my fear on missing out on stellar gains here. Tale of wealth destruction (what little I had) here for me. G. | garth
04/5/2020 08:47 | The Company has already engaged the Division of Air Quality via its North Carolina counsel and is evaluating its options via legal and other channels in response to the continuing delay in the issuance of the Permit.Have the got the cash to do this ? | jailbird
04/5/2020 08:46 | Sounds to me they are taking it legal because of the delay | jailbird
04/5/2020 08:21 | I am not entirely sure J either. A second view on signing off your accounts? Raising funds? Inking a massive contract? Related party transactions? Going to court over air permit delays? Overseeing a purchase or merger? But they aren't swimming in surplus cash are they? It must be being done with a purpose. Hence, I can't see it as neutral. But I am feeling less confident. That might just be a touch of flu. I have lost £ks on AEG to date. G. | garth
04/5/2020 08:17 | Garth Not sure what joint broker could mean either way ?Can you explain to the uneducated please TIA | jailbird
04/5/2020 08:06 | How should we read the appointment of a joint broker? Got to be really good news, or not so good news one would think? One thing it aint, is neutral, IMO. G. | garth
28/4/2020 07:32 | Yes, thats right Jailbird. From the information in the header link it should be a formality. G. | garth
28/4/2020 07:28 | Should be a formality with the air quality data is well below required levels to pass | jailbird
28/4/2020 07:26 | Looks like AEG BoD have had enough with delays too | jailbird
28/4/2020 07:23 | Jailbird, full marks for prescience... 28 April 2020 Active Energy Group Plc ('Active Energy', 'AEG' or the 'Company') Construction and Air Permit Public Comment Period Further Extended Active Energy, the international biomass based renewable energy business, announces that the public comment period for the construction and air permit (the "Permit") for the Company's CoalSwitch(TM) plant at the Lumberton site has been further extended until 27(th) May 2020. In its announcement, The Division of Air Quality cites the impact of COVID-19 on public participation as the basis for its extension decision. The Company has already engaged the Division of Air Quality via its North Carolina counsel and is evaluating its options via legal and other channels in response to the continuing delay in the issuance of the Permit. The Company has previously announced that it had completed all other application and procedural formalities, with regards to the Permit, and the Division of Air Quality has confirmed to the Company that a draft Permit has been prepared and no further information is required by the administration regarding this project. | garth
27/4/2020 21:59 | Would not rule out further delays Garth as Covid is not going anywhere just yet | jailbird
27/4/2020 21:49 | Public comment on the air permit was extended to today.Nope - not a pharma or bio. But would expect it to start ticking up past 0.6p if air quality permit is finally granted. 6 months later than expected.Nothing like doing due diligence, and...G. | garth
27/4/2020 14:09 | Sorry garth ?? This is about my only holding that is not moving up not that it should be as not in the c-19 bubble | dave4545
27/4/2020 14:07 | Air permit closing for comment today.G. | garth
01/4/2020 06:19 | Still holding although I took its defiance of gravity a week or so back to move a portion into RDSB. I really needed to diversify a bit.A hate related party transactions. Haven't commented because I am still chewing over why they have really done it. Why now? What are the benefits that are obvious and not obvious?Any thoughts? G. | garth
31/3/2020 21:56 | No posts during market hours sums up the quiet response of today's news I'll continue to hold | dave4545
31/3/2020 07:29 | Positive rns - esp when saw mill ops are considered an essential industry in the US and Canada. | potpot1980
30/3/2020 09:36 | Further delay This could drag on until May or June | jailbird
26/3/2020 13:19 | Some Large trades just before permit news is always encouraging Might some cross trades there somewhere too | jailbird |
