Here is the link for those not on TwitterhTTps://pulse.ncpolicywatch.org/2020/02/13/new-wood-pellet-plant-proposed-for-lumberton-area-already-home-to-multiple-pollution-sources/Whilst I have great sympathy with the ecological/environmental cause that the writer ascribes to, it is hard to imagine a less balanced and more disingenuous piece.The rhetoric is quite something...G.

Bought a few but could only get 1million wanted to buy more.

Nice break above 0.6p, looks like 1p can be hit especially with recent bold holder uptake.

Certainly some good news today:

The deferral of coupon payments by the Bondholders will allow the Company to focus its capital on current activities at the Company's Lumberton site in North Carolina ("Lumberton" or the "Lumberton Site") which will include the construction of a 5 tonne per hour CoalSwitchTM plant to facilitate the production of CoalSwitchTM and second-generation biomass pellets coupled with various lumber production initiatives. The Company's Directors estimate the deferral of cash coupon payments by the Bondholders will enable Active Energy to conserve approximately £1.2 million of cash throughout the Deferral Period.

In addition, certain Bondholders have elected to convert a total of 67,687 Bonds into new ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ( the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1p per share, pursuant to the terms of the Convertible Bond. Accordingly, 6,768,700 new Ordinary Shares will be issued to the Bondholder in accordance with the terms of the Convertible Bond (the "Conversion Shares").

i.e £67.687K @ 1p , almost double the current price.

Yes. To all of that J.

Shocking lack of due diligence or downright dishonesty?

Either way its incompetence or malice.

I am still here because I still believe they can and will get it done and when that happens I believe we will be rewarded.

Opinion only!

So Rowan has been dishonest with the RNS statements...how can trust this Co.

One keeps thinking ok all on track now but then they drop another bombshell

So it now turns out Rowan's information was totally wrong & the permits would be great if AEG were going into the business of knitting & dying of jumpers but of very little current benefit for the manufacturing of a next generation revolutionary biomass pellets

Also included in the latest RNS was another major bombshell which told us the plant has still to be reconstructed

"Subject to any conditions within the Permit, AEG expects construction of the plant to commence once the Permit is granted".

So why at the AGM did Rowan tell the shareholders Absolute Welding were currently busily rebuilding the plant & it would be operational much sooner than later. It was even again documented in the statement made at the AGM by Simon Melling.

7. Appointed the experienced US based engineering and consulting firm, Absolute Welding & Consulting to install the commercial scale reactors;
8. Commenced work for the construction of a five-tonne per hour CoalSwitch™ plant to be operational in Q4 2019;

pinched this from LSE...The Guvnor posts..making some ver good points and how midleading the Co has been

Please also remember when the Lumberton project was first announced in October 2018 we were told the 5tph would be immediately relocated to the Georgia Renewable Power (GRP) Plant & producing CoalSwitch by end of 2018. This then slipped in January 2019 with news that AEG was now purchasing the site next to GRP from Alamac holdings & it was fully permitted so production would commence once the sale was completed. At an investor lunch held in April 2019 I asked Rowan if the valuation for purchasing the Lumberton site was on the rich side especially as it meant even further considerable dilution for shareholders. The group were totally assured the site had all the very complex permits already in place, which allowed for the rapid relocation of the very mobile 5 tph machine to Lumberton, quickly creating immediate much needed revenues & final proof of concept therefore spring boarding AEG much faster/further forward along with us all enjoying a considerable share-price recovery. To help us believe his new hype Rowan promised with him as CEO the old AEG was now a thing of the past & even kindly produced a Corporate Presentation booklet dated April 2019 which he proudly presented to all attendees & then placed a copy on the AEG's website for us all to see/enjoy.

hxxps://www.aegplc.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/AEG-Corporate-Presentation-25-April-2019-final.pdf

So there written on page 8 in an official company presentations produced by the CEO to it's owners/shareholders it clearly states the Lumberton site is FULLY PERMITTED.

Even at the AGM Simon Melling updated the shareholders with the following official statement

"As shareholders will be aware, the pressing need for AEG was to concentrate on generating revenue, whilst also building a strategically located operational base in order to produce various pelletised biomass fuels including CoalSwitch™. Accordingly, the North American Lumberton Site ('Lumberton') was identified as ideal for the Company's near-term ambitions. Lumberton, consisting of up to 415,000 sq. ft of covered factory space and circa 151 acres of surrounding land in prime lumber districts, has all the requisite ancillary facilities to produce CoalSwitch™, including power supplies, PERMITS, water treatment facilities, a research and analysis lab as well as offices. It also has a critical advantage in being located adjacent to AEG's joint venture partner Georgia Renewable Power LLC ("GRP").

hxxps://polaris.brighterir.com/public/aeg_plc/news/rns/story/xpq2z3r

Again presented at the most important yearly meeting to the company owners, when every piece of information needs to be 100% factually correct, the Lumberton site had everything needed to start production including all PERMITS.
