Posted at 13/12/2013 08:20 by mach100 Hope you are right wjc. It is down as I suspected 2.3% on no volume so I guess the mm's see it as negative. I love these niche shares with high barrier to entry but am wondering as I am in a tiny profit with dividends factored in and this just seems to undeperform I might be better switching to Tritax big box which will pay a divi of 6% yearly and up to 9% as well as a little capital growth.. The end of tapering could see shares like ACMG hit hard in a general malaise not to mind a market bloddbath. Much to ponder but I will wait until the RNS washes over before jumping ship. |

I guess some profit taking after a strong run up recently. I am back to almost breakeven but have received nice divis over the years. Worth holding for the divi. |

Posted at 20/4/2012 12:12 by vosene RNS says analyst briefing on 26th June. Last year the briefing was on results day so I guess we already know when to expect final results. Sounds like the dividend is safe and will probably be nudged up a little I suspect. |

As confirmed in the November interim statement, margins are under short-term pressure from weak freight rates, but management continues to sustain business development and to generate cash. The group's strong position in the global oil tanker market and action being taken to build a presence in dry cargos and to rebuild the sale and purchase business all reinforce the medium-term recovery potential. |

So I guess readers of Shares magazine do not care about shares like this, and investors in ACMG do not read Shares magazine! |
