29/5/2009 13:15 | dodopoo Other things being equal, your risk/reward is unchanged by de-listing.You need to read between the lines and realise de-listing in the circumstances this company finds itself is a draconian measure. It has been trying to pay down debt in a harsh market. If the administrators are called in and the liabilities exceed assets on a forced break-up the shareholders get zero-the result is the same whether or not it's listed.Simple as that.As always,DYOR. | addict
29/5/2009 10:11 | should be a larf | ivor whopper
29/5/2009 10:10 | Even if it dont delist it's debt is so high it is a no go for investors. Some usual suspects trying to make a quick buck on here before it vanishes ! | 8trade
29/5/2009 09:49 | dodgiest share on the market, the spread will trap punters, and then delist quickly. old old trick im afraid. | ivor whopper
29/5/2009 09:29 | addict -could u please expand on shareholders rights.do we get our money back or a % of,assuming delisting. If voted down byshareholders, does company sink?Or do /might they get refinanced? Bought on a tip on bullitin boards seemed like a good idea at 8p.Never sold because of 3000NMS.Should of sold.Hindsight wonderful tool. But from 1.88p,it could of been stratospheric.I am a relative novice.Would welcome someinformed opinion.TIA | dodopoo
29/5/2009 09:20 | ...some believe that this could be resisted....big buys coming in....ummmmm | pre
29/5/2009 08:48 | interesting point AB....they could face some resistence getting the 75% vote here...could be a turn of events.... | pre
29/5/2009 07:40 | getting the 75% vote may prove troublesome look at cet, reaching the 75% dragged on for a month ... much depends on the major shareholders: they either capitulate without a whimper or can vote down the motion to delist. nia dyor | andrbea
29/5/2009 07:33 | markth125 The main reason cited for de-listing is that the cost of maintaining a listing becomes too onerous relative to the benefits of the listing, which is mainly the ability to raise fresh capital. This outfit is clearly in serious trouble and is looking to save costs where possible. A de-listing requires a majority vote of shareholders.Once de-listed,the company takes on the persona of a private company with resultant illiquiditymarketabi | addict
28/5/2009 09:46 | Apologies for not knowing this but what happens in a delisting. How does the company continue to trade. Is it better to hold on to shares or sell at any price. Thanks | markth125
27/5/2009 12:19 | all the latest sells are buys | bellrobert4
27/5/2009 08:40 | This is not about self ego Martin ! The debt here was sky high and despite repeated warnings people chased it and of course the shameless pump and dumpers got out before the collapse ! Not seen william around of late unless he has changed his style which i doubt ! | 8trade
27/5/2009 08:35 | go on 8trad you love it,have you got an i told you so to. | mart1n008
27/5/2009 08:23 | Another pump and dump that is getting delisted ! Shame so many fell for the rubbish posted here and chased it up and lost a lot of their money. | 8trade
26/5/2009 21:41 | I didn't do my research, I bought on a limit order while I was out @ 4.25 -I got stung. Contemplating dumping at a loss or holding, although I still think it was worth a punt. If this lot go under then I think the UK is lost, I can't see the country pulling through the recession. | casholaa
26/5/2009 18:06 | I got out of these about 3 weeks ago with a 25% loss. Feel sorry for existing holders. | secretsqu

26/5/2009 16:57 | hard luck long-termers this (delisting lark) is becoming quite common on AIM | andrbea
26/5/2009 16:50 | this smells of serious pumping and dumping. could be worth notifying the FSA. not a holder but an interested observer | brando69
26/5/2009 16:47 | charo you were right an RNS we got. Someone knew the contents of this this morning though, hence the price drop. More insider dealing leaving the PI's to pick up the peices. | simonparker5
26/5/2009 11:56 | surely rns required. | charo
26/5/2009 11:38 | so why a 35% drop? just 2 small sells and steady buying at the bottom maybe they're's some good news due and they needed to do a tree shake? nia dyor | andrbea
05/5/2009 09:22 | for chief restructuring officer read ceo, must be a reason why not director. | charo |
