Other things being equal, your risk/reward is unchanged by de-listing.You need to read between the lines and realise de-listing in the circumstances this company finds itself is a draconian measure. It has been trying to pay down debt in a harsh market. If the administrators are called in and the liabilities exceed assets on a forced break-up the shareholders get zero-the result is the same whether or not it's listed.Simple as that.As always,DYOR.

Even if it dont delist it's debt is so high it is a no go for investors.

Some usual suspects trying to make a quick buck on here before it vanishes !

dodgiest share on the market, the spread will trap punters, and then delist quickly. old old trick im afraid.

addict -could u please expand on shareholders rights.do we get our money back or a % of,assuming delisting. If voted down byshareholders, does company sink?Or do /might they get refinanced? Bought on a tip on bullitin boards seemed like a good idea at 8p.Never sold because of 3000NMS.Should of sold.Hindsight wonderful tool. But from 1.88p,it could of been stratospheric.I am a relative novice.Would welcome someinformed opinion.TIA

interesting point AB....they could face some resistence getting the 75% vote here...could be a turn of events....

getting the 75% vote may prove troublesome

look at cet, reaching the 75% dragged on for a month ...

much depends on the major shareholders: they either capitulate without a whimper or can vote down the motion to delist.

The main reason cited for de-listing is that the cost of maintaining a listing becomes too onerous relative to the benefits of the listing, which is mainly the ability to raise fresh capital. This outfit is clearly in serious trouble and is looking to save costs where possible.
A de-listing requires a majority vote of shareholders.Once de-listed,the company takes on the persona of a private company with resultant illiquiditymarketability of shares.Shareholders' rights remain otherwise unaffected. That's my understanding but others may be able to enlighten you further.

Apologies for not knowing this but what happens in a delisting. How does the company continue to trade. Is it better to hold on to shares or sell at any price.
Thanks

This is not about self ego Martin !

The debt here was sky high and despite repeated warnings
people chased it and of course the shameless pump and dumpers
got out before the collapse !

Not seen william around of late unless he has changed his style
which i doubt !

I didn't do my research, I bought on a limit order while I was out @ 4.25 -I got stung. Contemplating dumping at a loss or holding, although I still think it was worth a punt. If this lot go under then I think the UK is lost, I can't see the country pulling through the recession.

I got out of these about 3 weeks ago with a 25% loss. Feel sorry for existing holders.

charo you were right an RNS we got. Someone knew the contents of this this morning though, hence the price drop. More insider dealing leaving the PI's to pick up the peices.

so why a 35% drop?

just 2 small sells and steady buying at the bottom

maybe they're's some good news due and they needed to do a tree shake?
