02/12/2009 07:59 | well not quite 20p(!) but I'll make a nice profit at least :-) | pugg1ey
27/11/2009 08:11 | MBO for as cheap as they can get imo. let the price drift. | pugg1ey
26/11/2009 21:29 | Just popped back for a quick look in on ACG............ Non to surprised to see this is as dire as ever..... still no comms & so, as I predicted, they continue to burn away their cash pile. I think your chances of seeing your 20p target are as as dead! Dire performance at a time when IVA & DMP volumes are going up!!! Good management (not!) G/L all those still hanging in there! | markktm
17/11/2009 23:38 | I really thought acg was in a good business, cash, plenty of customers, risk on the barriers to entry side but still positive. Warren Buffett I am not, after 20 months have dumped 20k for 25% loss. I got shafted on OPD IMP management madness, deals started at 190p and eventually sold company for, IIRC, 50p. IBG management shadyness to TMN to ..... Healthy portion of sour grapes. The day job is calling. Maybe Santa will bring something nice. Good luck to you all! | ideal420
11/11/2009 20:56 | yes i'm with you (i think) you should always stick with your beliefs in the absence of hard evidence to the contrary | orlando99
10/11/2009 22:53 | lol Orlando like all believers a little faith is required to see you through when times are a little tough. ACG may be down but not out! | battlebus
09/11/2009 18:04 | It's a 'orrible little company is this. These so called "approach" talks have been strung out for 3 months now, and how much money will be left from that disposal? Nasty and 'orrible .....uggghh. | jonnybig
09/11/2009 09:40 | it's quite reassuring to know that an £8K sell can wipe £200K off the market cap of a company ;-) | pugg1ey
18/10/2009 19:44 | 2 months have now passed since this "offer". What a stinking company this is. How long before they think it's about time to "update the market"? You must be mad to put your money into this lot. | jonnybig
11/10/2009 21:38 | LOL Orlando99 are you still haunting the ACG board. Holding tight to the last plank of wood as the ship goes down! who will rescue me you know who Orlando. Think your due another Florida holiday it's been ten years heading myself for a christmas newyear break hopefully by then ACG will be a different company. | battlebus
11/10/2009 18:54 | Your pain will be over soon Battlebus........... | orlando99
11/10/2009 13:46 | Partly true j big. I,ve made money on this company everytime a takeover approach is made and eventually one will succeed and i will get 20p or thereabouts either through a takeover or some sort of return to shareholders or an investment either way happy with my investment. Patience is needed while options and chioces are made until then whats wrong with holding the cash. | battlebus
11/10/2009 13:30 | Accuma's become a very small company. None of the cash recently raised by the recent disposal has been returned to shareholders. And we've been down this road of a "potential takeover" target before. Once the talks are inevitably terminated, I wouldn't be surprised if the company de-lists. IMHO the only people who will make money out of Accuma are those on the company's payroll. As far as investing in this, you must be mad, I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole. Just offering my opinion. | jonnybig
09/10/2009 18:45 | Holding tight! | battlebus
09/10/2009 08:41 | yes. such a massive volume for a 30% drop, not | pugg1ey
08/10/2009 22:08 | Are you still maintaining that that 20p target is on the cards folks?????? | markktm
17/9/2009 07:47 | for 10p... mms for CLEA not open yet... i wonder why (-; | moreforus
17/9/2009 07:46 | Accuma's prospective buyer may as well snap up Cleardebt at the same time...? | jonno1
17/9/2009 07:44 | frp is currently undervalued (ie share price is now rising) on a p/e of 7/8... p/e should be anywhere between 8 ands 12...in a normal market but we are still in a funny old market - however 3 million cash profit for a company with a market cap of 6.2 mill | moreforus
17/9/2009 07:34 | what are the usual EPS multiples debt companies are based on? | pugg1ey
17/9/2009 07:32 | it's illiquid but over the summer as everthing else was rallying we had a strategic seller so as the price began to recover it got smacked down ..there's still an stocc overhang of a at a million shares but i'd imagine that wont last long...it's predicted to make up to 3mill next year (09/10) = current price p/e of 2... | moreforus
17/9/2009 07:28 | yes i noticed. be an interesting day me thinks | pugg1ey |
