Just popped back for a quick look in on ACG............

Non to surprised to see this is as dire as ever..... still no comms & so, as I predicted, they continue to burn away their cash pile.

I think your chances of seeing your 20p target are as as dead!

Dire performance at a time when IVA & DMP volumes are going up!!! Good management (not!)

G/L all those still hanging in there!

I really thought acg was in a good business, cash, plenty of customers, risk on the barriers to entry side but still positive. Warren Buffett I am not, after 20 months have dumped 20k for 25% loss.

I got shafted on OPD IMP management madness, deals started at 190p and eventually sold company for, IIRC, 50p. IBG management shadyness to TMN to .....

Healthy portion of sour grapes.

The day job is calling.

Maybe Santa will bring something nice. Good luck to you all!

It's a 'orrible little company is this. These so called "approach" talks have been strung out for 3 months now, and how much money will be left from that disposal? Nasty and 'orrible .....uggghh.

it's quite reassuring to know that an £8K sell can wipe £200K off the market cap of a company ;-)

2 months have now passed since this "offer". What a stinking company this is. How long before they think it's about time to "update the market"? You must be mad to put your money into this lot.

Partly true j big. I,ve made money on this company everytime a takeover approach is made and eventually one will succeed and i will get 20p or thereabouts either through a takeover or some sort of return to shareholders or an investment either way happy with my investment. Patience is needed while options and chioces are made until then whats wrong with holding the cash.

Accuma's become a very small company. None of the cash recently raised by the recent disposal has been returned to shareholders. And we've been down this road of a "potential takeover" target before. Once the talks are inevitably terminated, I wouldn't be surprised if the company de-lists. IMHO the only people who will make money out of Accuma are those on the company's payroll. As far as investing in this, you must be mad, I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole. Just offering my opinion.

frp is currently undervalued (ie share price is now rising) on a p/e of 7/8...
p/e should be anywhere between 8 ands 12...in a normal market but we are still in a funny old market - however 3 million cash profit for a company with a market cap of 6.2 mill

it's illiquid but over the summer as everthing else was rallying we had a strategic seller so as the price began to recover it got smacked down ..there's still an stocc overhang of a at a million shares but i'd imagine that wont last long...it's predicted to make up to 3mill next year (09/10) = current price p/e of 2...
