Posting of Accounts and Notice of AGM

Further to the announcement of the Audited Final Results on 2 September 2020, the Company announces that it will post its Annual Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2020 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to its shareholders on Tuesday 29 September 2020 and that copies are now available on the Company's website, www.accrol.co.uk .

The AGM of the Company will be held at 10.00am on 27 October 2020. The Board strongly urges shareholders to follow the Government's public health instructions in respect of COVID-19. To that end, the AGM will be held as a closed meeting and shareholders are encouraged to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy.
