Accrol Group Holdings plc (the "Company" or "Accrol"), the AIM-listed leading independent tissue converter, announces that, Dan Wright, Executive Chairman of Accrol has today purchased 607,500 ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 24.5p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, he now holds 3,077,808 Ordinary Shares representing 1.58% of the current Issued Share Capital of the Company.
