27/1/2022 07:26 | i dont think canacord are holding the shares for themselves, its for one or more of their clients. | arbus5000

24/1/2022 13:46 | Thanks for posting the link Tomps | value viper
24/1/2022 11:57 | Must be desperate if they have approached the Tejanis - they've not long just bought them out at LTC. Difficult to see a buyer here - not strategic to KC/Essity. Tronchetti already planned a green field site, and not their style to buy companies. Sofidel wouldn't be allowed to based on market share. Leaves Wepa & Metsa as contenders ? | jk46664
24/1/2022 10:22 | ACRL H1 results presentation given by management shortly after publication of results. Video: Podcast: Worth a listen to hear how they see the challenges, what they're doing, and a discussion on the strategic review. | tomps2
21/1/2022 15:59 | at this rate, they should print shares on bog-roll.... Weekend Edit: According to unsubstaniated rumours, a member of the Tijanis was approached about launching a rival bid, but they were openly hostile to the idea. Expect fireworks on market open tommorrow. | arbus5000
21/1/2022 15:01 | Lombard ups a bit their stake. | value viper
21/1/2022 08:12 | Now virtually at a 3 year low ! | masurenguy
20/1/2022 12:56 | Seems to be persistent lumpy selling still at 21pAwaiting the next Holding RNS | value viper

18/1/2022 16:05 | Book price NAV 26p Gross profit was up Need to cut costs | justiceforthemany
18/1/2022 12:25 | sounds decent to me and its good to note that the company is able to 'absorb' some of the excrement that comes out of the mouths of the reel converters about energy costs - we all know about those so no need to cite them in negotiations. | arbus5000
18/1/2022 09:13 | 100% agree - director buys now needed | value viper
18/1/2022 08:49 | I would like to see some director share purchases at the current price point to demonstrate their conviction that they are "dealing with these problems very well". Fact is that Jenkins, Dewhurst and Cox sold 2.1m shares @70p a year ago and have not bought any back even at a shareprice that is now 67% lower. The only director purchase over the past 12 months was made by Wright last July when he bought 232,558 shares @43.0p and the shareprice has dropped by nearly 50% since then. | masurenguy
18/1/2022 08:46 | this is me, I agree with all that. ACRL will preelpt the latter im sure. no position yet. | stevieweebie2
18/1/2022 07:59 | Loss down a further £3m and net debt up by £3.5m. Comments like this always give rise to some concern: "A full strategic review is being initiated to capitalise on the evident strength of the business' market position, its balance sheet, and its solvency, underpinned by significant banking support, to ensure that shareholder value is optimised." Everything still to do here and the question is whether the shareprice is now at the bottom or still has a little further to fall. No position but still on my watchlist. | masurenguy
18/1/2022 07:53 | yes DR, very slim pickings. | stevieweebie2
18/1/2022 07:47 | I was at a wet wipe facility recently, they had a tough year last year after their best ever year during the first lockdown (brexit also helped with customers stockpiling, but now it’s an added cost). Reckon they’ll be lucky to breakeven for 21, but 22 should be better. Also said customers want plastic free wipes, but when supplied they complain that they rip too easily. Was expecting more news today from the RNS. No position here for me | dr biotech
17/1/2022 20:09 | and some buying by VT funds, the bigger ones seem to have good returns, although i've not had a chance to analyse them in detail yet. hxxps://www.hl.co.uk | arbus5000 |
