CEO Appointment and LTIP Award

Further to the announcements made on the 16 February 2018, accesso is pleased to confirm that Paul Noland, has now joined the board of accesso as Chief Executive Officer on the 9 April 2018, with Steve Brown having stepped down from the Board on the same date. In line with the previous announcements, the Company confirms it has also made an award to Paul Noland, under the Company's long-term incentive plan ("LTIP").

The LTIP award is subject to the attainment of certain stretching performance conditions relating to the achievement of compound share price growth rates which must be met on the conclusion of the vesting period.

No consideration will be paid for the conditional shares upon their vesting and the issue of the award will be subject to the related performance criteria.
