the analyst, 2x revenue would be equivalent to mid-£6s. Given that these unsolicited approaches started in the £7s, I'm not entirely sure it wasn't worth 2x revenue to someone - I'm only sure that the Board has turned them down, whatever the proposals were. Could be an interesting AGM if shareholders revolt.

Yes, Iggy we understand, don't worry :) And you've been back at regular intervals ever since trying to make something of it that it wasn't.

yes when these "respected BB posters" now try to pump a stock on Twitter it does
not even move, how times have changed. Well done the guys who took profits all the
way up

This has been an absolute shocker.

I have never been involved but it is one I often admired and envied from afar. I have now taken some time out to read the posts of some highly respected BB posters over the last 12 months to see if I can learn a lesson. It was not that long again that they were confidently talking of take out prices of £20-30.

Here we are at just over £3 and no real floor in site. Was it ever worth a fraction of the heights the share price reached?

Poor old Iggy, so upset at the money he failed to make by selling too early, he now has to pretend he never owned them in the first place! Paid-up member of the hangman club...

Thankfully I saw this too late. And was worried that eh likes of Merlin would never really want to share incremental revenues and instead only want to pay a fee. So thought the valuation ahead of itself. But got close to investing a few times.
Commiserations to all holders except those who did well.
And I'd agree re IMMO - I've tried the VR tech they have and it's real fun. And I'm invested and adding. Especially as they're close to breakeven in cash!!!

You'd think that even with all their problems, they would be worth at least 2x revenue.

But, with a fair amount of debt and the potentially a fund-raising on the cards, it's very hard to value the company.

If they do need to raise funds, what would the price be? What sort of dilution?

It's a real shame. If the company had been better managed, the price could have risen slowly over the past 5-6 years, probably be sitting around £5-7 and everybody would have be very happy. Instead, it's been a boom and bust story and a total mess.

There's a big difference between "a value the Board considers attractive to shareholders" and what shareholders would be willing to accept now that the price has dipped two times on Board rejections.

The circumstances are ripe for the ex-bidders to make a hostile offer directly to the public shareholders, and/or shareholder activism to re-engage.

Mr Hangman theres a blast from the past ...l remember him being so negative on this share in the early days from 10p to 200p ..just shows if you wait longer enough you are always right although you would still be sitting on handsome investment if you got in at 10p.

Also, their last piece of the RNS suggests a mahoosive write off coming up....just my opinion....but if future cash flows are not enough to support the goodwill etc, then what does that say about the underlying business? Just saying......DYOR and GLA

Thanks Smithie. Just an obvious red flag and as you say, they could really change their policy to ensure better clarity, or indeed get their auditors to provide market with a report or something to ease concerns, but nope......so am avoiding this until it is around a quid, then maybe there is some value that someone will come in and buy the experience, contracts and revenue.....DYOR and have a good day all
