From their site it looks as though Mountain Pass Systems has been having money problems since 2016. They have a 'looking for investors' page, with fantasy numbers for the returns to be made, and the last 'news' entry was June 2015. I can well understand Siriusware wanting nothing to do with such an unreliable partner. This case looks like a last roll of the dice job to me...

Can't see any reference as to how to access Singers note, rivaldo. In post 968 you jus say

I did know about IQE's participation, as you say via sweenoid, but not ACSO or KWS which I also hold.

Presumably part of a push to attract American investors (my other holdings IQE and KWS are there too).

PI, I have potential turns for 10/8/17, 22/8/17 and 25-26/9/17

Chart pattern could be described as a H&S with a tp of approx 1425.
Price is however in a zone of strong support. I would guess that a move below 1500 would be bought and would possibly be intraday. Not currently holding.
