Completion of Acquisition and Placing

Access Intelligence Plc (AIM: ACC), a leading supplier of Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") solutions for communications and reputation management, is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement on 10 October 2018 of the Company's acquisition of ResponseSource Limited, the Consideration Shares and Second Placing Shares were admitted to trading on the AIM market and dealings commenced in such shares earlier today. Admission of the Consideration Shares and the Second Placing Shares is the final condition precedent to the Acquisition. Accordingly, the Acquisition is now complete.

Following the issue of the Second Placing Shares and the Consideration Shares, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 63,772,754 New Ordinary Shares. The Company holds 2,966,666 Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the total number of New Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 60,806,088. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Group, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
