27/7/2009 11:12 | Just checked my halifax sadly nothing showing as in there | pelleeds1980
27/7/2009 11:08 | blimey.. me too! paid into my trading account.. I knew nothing of it until today, its very hard to get any info now so i had done the same and "tucked them in the bottom drawer" | 99damo
25/7/2009 10:48 | Don't know if anyone else is still following this? I'd practically written off this investment, hadn't heard a thing about it. But this morning I've received an interim dividend cheque that's paid out 7p per share! Anyone know what's going on? | ajnmx
14/6/2009 12:40 | So is this still all done through the nominee broker? Or should everything now come directly to me? | ajnmx
29/5/2009 16:23 | AJNMX - your annual accounts should arrive by post or email at least 21 clear days prior to the AGM. | jamie62
28/5/2009 16:57 | I'm holding on to my shares. However at the moment it's through a nominee broker. After delisting, will this continue to be the case? How will I get company communications, annual accounts etc? | ajnmx
22/5/2009 10:48 | So - all resolutions passed; de-list 1st June | ianbrewster
20/5/2009 19:14 | I think acmh have a motive to get rid of lots of shares at current price to get investors worried resulting in substantial sells to benefit in lots of profit from shareholder losses. If my inkling is correct... they will continue on AIM after june 1st and at some point ACMH will rise NORTH gradually. I willl not sell my shares and be here long term if i am right to assume the above will happen. | miyk
20/5/2009 18:24 | Well, no, but it's 32.4%(management) plus 16% (accepting tender offer). that equals less than 50% of all shares. It remains to be seen how many voted against. | paperclip3
20/5/2009 18:22 | miyk 16% of shares have been tendered - still needs EGM resolution 2 & 3 to be passed for it to happen. You have missed the chance to sell at 2.5p - even if de-listing is passed, you can still sell in the market up till 31st May, otherwise you will still hold shares in the co - the just won't be listed. paperclip not sure of your logic - the 16% will be in favour, or the won't get their money. 32% have committed (looking at who they are, the will not have tendered) so that leaves 52% who may be against, or might be quite happy to go private. I don't think that you can conclude that mgt have lost the vote. | ianbrewster
20/5/2009 17:09 | paperclip, oh right 75 %. so no delist with 16 %. | miyk
20/5/2009 16:47 | If there is some correlation between those who wished to accept the tender offer and those who voted in favour of delisting, then the management have lost the vote! The resolution requires 75% acceptance of those who vote. | paperclip3
20/5/2009 14:51 | News lauched today 20/05/2009 From my understanding 16 per cent have favoured in tender to de list. Am i correct if the company are de listed on the 1st of june, we who tendered against 2.5p will be left with no choice but to accept 2.5p a share for our holdings if trading on aim is cancelled from 1st of june?? please advise? news today The Tender Offer was open for acceptance until 19 May 2009. As at that time, the Company had received valid elections for an aggregate of 12,294,799 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 16.0 per cent. of the current issued share capital. If Shareholders approve the first resolution at the EGM, admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled at 7.00 a.m. on 1 June 2009. If Shareholders approve all resolutions at the EGM and delisting of the Company's Ordinary Shares becomes effective, the Company's purchase and cancellation of the Ordinary Shares tendered pursuant to the Tender Offer will be completed on 1 June 2009. | miyk
14/5/2009 15:56 | no intention of "giving mine away" either... | 99damo
13/5/2009 14:14 | To be honest my buying price was 2.57 but Im a bit annoyed they are offering so little. Sure they are worth more | pelleeds1980
13/5/2009 14:11 | paleeds & paperclip. In that case i was going to sell with a loss of £800. Now i will take your advice which makes sense to me to. Why on earth are there buys going through...there must be something. | miyk
13/5/2009 12:26 | It will only be suspended if over 75% of those who vote, vote accordingly. I am voting against it being suspended and I am not accepting 2.5P. I believe the share will not be suspended. A lot of shares have been bought over the last week or so at above 2.5p. Someone knows something. | paperclip3
13/5/2009 11:03 | No I refuse to give mine away for 2.5p so havent tendered mine | pelleeds1980
13/5/2009 10:11 | Anyone sold there holdings with acmh? shares will be suspended aim end of may.if its hits over 3 p i may consider selling. | miyk
08/5/2009 12:57 | best thing to dont sell and vote against the resolutions. im looking for 5 p plus for my shares as i boutht them at 4.7p. ill hold long term until an offer comes along. | miyk
07/5/2009 08:07 | I will be voting against the resolutions. 2.5p is not enough. The management are trying to buy the company on the cheap (with the company's own money). The buying going on in recent days indicates that some out there believe that a higher bid will emerge. | paperclip3
05/5/2009 10:12 | interesting tick up to 2.75 this morning ... i will be keeping a hold of my shares, small (ish) investment only | jamie62
30/4/2009 14:54 | jamie internal market is a load of scam to off load shares offered at peanuts. best thing for all of us stick to your guns and dont sell and only then you will recive better offers. may take a while. years or months. my stock cost 4.7 p a share! | miyk
30/4/2009 14:47 | paperclip- buyers to buy them out? | miyk |
