On 1 June 2023 abrdn Diversified Income and Growth plc purchased in the market 25,000 ordinary shares at a price of 85.7 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

301,360,952 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

36,390,854 Ordinary shares held in treasury.

337,751,806 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
