On 31 May 2023 abrdn Diversified Income and Growth plc purchased in the market 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 86.09 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

301,385,952 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

36,365,854 Ordinary shares held in treasury.
