Announcement of First Interim Dividend
The Board has today declared a first interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 July 2023 of 1.6p net (2021: first interim dividend 3.2p declared for the initial six month period to 31 January 2022) which will be payable on 20 December 2022 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 25 November 2022, ex dividend date 24 November 2022.
In accordance with the enhanced dividend policy approved by shareholders at the General Meeting held on 27 January 2022, the Board has set a target dividend of 6.4p per Ordinary Share for the year ending 31 July 2023 (adjusted for the 5 for 1 share split that occurred on 4 February 2022).
