23/3/2009 15:13 | Some more director buying from the non-exec chairman. This doesn't look hugely different from all the other EE trusts on massive discounts, but the director buying gives it an edge imo. | qwazi
13/3/2009 08:24 | Anyone in this? Results yesterday at first glance seem okay. NAV of 327p against a current share price of 15p (a mere 95% discount). Development projects put on hold until credit crunch eases but has a number of existing investments that are generating rent of around EUR 17m a year. Currently has EUR 30m of cash on the balance sheet but admits that it will be depleted through working cap requirements and loan repayments. Overall gearing is not too high at 39%. Initially doesn't look hugely different from the other EE developers but the chairman bought 100,000 shares yesterday - and director buying is still a rare site in these overseas property companies. | qwazi
07/1/2009 09:14 | Company is 80% owned by the big boys who are still buying leaving it very illiquid and directors and CE buying who already ownes 30% and it is at an all time low.
