28/1/2004 17:11 | didn't sell any of mine hp am staying in longer term on this one | ntv
28/1/2004 11:13 | Good spot. Corporate Synergy were the advisers. I sold a big chunck of mine into the recent rise. Im seriously considering buying them all back now. The director buying over 4% of the company at 15p should give a decent guide as to current trading. Also: | hugepants
28/1/2004 10:25 | £700k raised for hartest holdings | ntv
20/1/2004 12:58 | profit takers coming in might add if it drops back too far | ntv
20/1/2004 12:52 | NTV, I dont necessarily disagree. The only companies I can find that look similar are Durlacher and Sigma and they look more relatively more expensive. | hugepants
20/1/2004 12:48 | according to the chart next stop 50p after this breakout!!!!!!!!! lol | ntv
20/1/2004 12:44 | hp surely valueing the business at £2.8m is a tadge on the mean side? | ntv
20/1/2004 10:44 | I think 20p would be stretching it until we know more although Im quite sure Corporate Synergy will be doing well just now. They even remained profitable during the dire market conditions of the last few years. I reckon 15p is a reasonable price just now. | hugepants
20/1/2004 08:59 | agreed hp the way i look at this one is that if you strip out net cash you end with a business valued at £2.2m and it must be profitable by now this however excludes profits on stakes it has in companies interesting times i think a fairer valuation on known facts should be around the 20p mark until we have a trading update this equates to a mkt cap of £11.3m - cash £5.3m =£6m for the buinesses fair? | ntv
20/1/2004 08:06 | Ummm... this looks quite good. | hugepants
20/1/2004 07:41 | missed it myself first time!! | ntv
19/1/2004 21:24 | Thanks - missed that. Oliver Vaughan must think that they are good value at 15p then. I guess that Edward Vandyk keeps 10% which is still a sizeable stake. Wouldn't be surprised to see some more action reasonably soon on Abingdon. | simonevans
19/1/2004 20:21 | simon if you follow the announcement down it states that ov bought ev and sv shares | ntv
19/1/2004 19:25 | Doesn't the announcement say that Edward Vandyk sold the shares at 15p, not bought! Either way it is good news if someone is prepared to pay this price. Edward Vandyk also sold a large stake in Bionex this time last year. Maybe he needs some cash. He seems to take more of a back seat role at CS these days. | simonevans
19/1/2004 19:17 | Thanks for the suggestion of this one HP! | judgement
19/1/2004 14:34 | was out earlier when news came out surprised share price held still for so long | ntv
19/1/2004 14:25 | kamlani normally if you want to buy a sizable chunk of a company you will have to pay a premium to the current share price director obviously thinks the share price should be around 15p company is now valued at a slight premium to cash value cs is expanding see hp's post yesterday (taken from cs's web site) business prospects are good for the coming year and any investment will be rewarded in the next 12 months there will be plenty of profit takers along the way so look for a buying opotunity if you want some | ntv |
