moldram: If you want to see an example of an elastic under real strain, have a look at ABL and ABLW divergence on 'favourite warrants' thread. I have never seen this before, where the share rises consistently, and the warrant goes in the opposite direction! I would be interested to hear your comments on that one, Regards, Boc.

This investment trust warrant's exercise date is November 2010: smaller companies. The warrant gearing has been about 3 since 11.9.01, and is now just under that figure. As a matter of interest,in July 2000, the share stood at £1.02, and the warrant at 43.50p, when the gearing quickly narrowed to 2.3.
I would therefore expect a surge in warrant price to July 2000's level if the share tops £1: a profit of almost 23% on today's warrant price.Regards, Boc.

The warrants are even better value.

AAS goes up and up and the warrants get cheaper and cheaper. When will the elastic break and a massive surge in warrant price take place?
