Aberdeen Private Equity Fund Limited (the "Company")

Updated Proposal suspension of shares

As set out in the Circular dated 1 February 2018, it is expected that the listing of the Company's shares on the Official List and the trading of the Company's shares on the Main Market of the LSE will be suspended at 7:30am on 29 June 2018.

The extraordinary general meeting of the Company will take place at 10:00 a.m. on the 29 June at which the resolutions will be proposed to appoint liquidators and place the Company into voluntary liquidation.

Should the resolutions be passed at the EGM, it is then accepted that the listing of the Company's shares will

be cancelled at 8:00 am on         2 July 2018.
