PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES
On 27 June 2022 Aberdeen New India Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") purchased in the market 11,183 Ordinary 25p shares ("Ordinary share(s)") at a price of 528.0 pence per Ordinary share. These shares will be held in treasury.
Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:
57,577,097 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)
