On 6 June 2019 Aberdeen Diversified Income and Growth Trust plc purchased in the market 110,000 ordinary shares at a price of 107.6591 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

329,531,705 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

35,879,169 Ordinary shares held in treasury

365,410,874 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
