In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue at close of business on 30 June 2017 was 34,978,725, with each share holding one voting right.
The Company also holds 4,204,874 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
