Total Voting Rights Following Conversion of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock ("CULS")

The Company announces that following today's commencement in trading in 3,546 new Ordinary shares arising from the recent conversion of GBP29,473 units of CULS, the Company's issued Ordinary share capital now consists of 34,983,725 Ordinary shares and 4,199,874 Treasury shares and there are 32,989,747 units of CULS outstanding.
The above figure (34,983,725) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
