Anyway they have 3 months only to identify and complete a reverse / investment, a reverse is where you can do well but time is short and their are multiple shells better value. Depends on the connections of the board and backing of major holder I guess.

Fair play Yorgi I'm hoping for multiples on the current share price when we do get that news.I have been in communication with the board for some time.It's been a frustrating wait for me but has allowed me to accumalate more at these low levels.Hopefully not long to wait now GL

Clean shell, low mcap, lots of cash, well below Vin's original target price of 2p.... What's not to like.....

It will all depend on what the company and it's potential is Stark but I would have thought more than 100% up from where we are now but of course the downside risk if they secure nothing is significant as well.

If it's a reverse takeover the BOD secure then in effect the company reversing in get a listing for pretty much zero outlay.

We will see what unfolds over the coming days/weeks/months......but of course there is a risk that they secure nothing.
