AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP) the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry announces that on 02 July 2018 Andrew Pick sold 1,200 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 1306 pence per share, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

On 02 July 2018, Elanor Pick, wife of Andrew Pick, disposed of 1,200 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 1306 pence per share representing 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Following the sale, Mr Pick together with his wife Elanor Pick remain interested in 9,067 ABD ordinary shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
