AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP) the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry, announces it was notified on 5 March 2019 that Stephen Neads, a PDMR of the Company, sold 728 ordinary shares on 5 March 2019 at a price of 1657.9 pence per share, representing 0.004% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Following the sale, Mr Neads remains interested in 82,986 ABD ordinary shares, representing 0.42% of the Company's issued share capital.
