Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company makes a notification in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation that options over a number of ordinary shares of 0.1 pence in the share capital of the Company have been granted to certain senior employees pursuant to the Company's 2015 Performance Share Plan approved by the shareholders of the Company on 9 June 2015, and in line with the Remuneration Policy of the Company approved by shareholders at the 2019 Annual General Meeting.

The options are granted at nil cost and are subject to the satisfaction of stretching performance conditions that directly support the Company's strategy, and include malus, clawback and holding period provisions. The options do not represent any holding of listed shares in the Company, therefore the executive director's shareholdings in the Company are unchanged.
