Apologies for asking such a personal question on forum Peter (I would send a PM but you purportedly delete them unread)

But are you still enjoying your Sunday evening w*nk?

Anyway just a thought Pete, much (MUCH) better CCTV footage exists of Haigh planting his ex girlfriends odious son and his steroid monster mate in Llandudno Post Office (the old one before they moved into Smiths)

As you are such good terms with N Wales Constabulary I'm sure they'll let you have a peep if you ask them?

The Dean Haigh + Troll entries are in hand be assured.

PAL###EST

You're missing a consonant Pete its:

PAL####EST

Questions:

1.What damage will pictures of him at a 'fun day' do?

Fairly anodyne I would have thought! !

2. CCTV footage ... oh dear the horror (and not being common, he's never worn a baseball hat in his life)

We actually possess mobile phone footage of you drunk, slobbering and arguing with your wife at the Conwy Feast so go for it ..

I think you've had a drink Pete you're making a fool of yourself, go to bed.

NB: I think you'll find it's 'when I'm beatEN' in this context.

Dean Haigh = Plum Duffit.I'm hoping that Dean decides to withdraw from his trolling and obsessive behaviours, because Google will soon be completely full of articles about him and his past indiscretions.I'm a reasonable person, and it's very easily avoided.

At Three Towns Forum Festers old haunt it was always remarkable that EVERY TIME any local business was mentioned it 'just so happened' that Fester:

1. Was on first name terms with the owner

2. He enjoyed such a close relationship with them they openly discussed details of the business with him.

3. Most remarkable if all Fester just happened to be 'talking to' the person days before before.

'I WAS TALKING TO'

Don

Morgan

The Pier Manager

The Harbour Master

Owner of The Gresham

Owner of the Irish Bar

Waiter at the Curry House (in broken English)

Lads who did chocolate covered fruit on the pier. .

So im absolutely stunned and a little disappointed we haven't had a ..

'I WAS TALKING TO THERESA MAY'

You've let me down Fester, very poor indeed

Thanks Oneillshaun, I didn't think the impact was potentially that big, so I thought 888 looked cheap at this level. Happy to be corrected.Any idea what current proportion of 888 NGR comes from the US currently?

Festario - they are pretty much one of the only public companies that are now active in the US, this is pretty significant news as i am sure 888 is looking to the US for its growth.

New legal opinion could spell danger for igaming in US

The US Department of Justice has put forth a new legal opinion that says the Wire Act should apply to all forms of gambling and not only sports betting – potentially affecting other forms of igaming in the country that crosses state lines.

First reported by Online Poker Report, the opinion which has come from the DOJ’s Office of Legal Counsel could adversely affect daily fantasy sports, intrastate online casino and poker, online lottery sales and marketing across state lines for all types of gambling.

The DOJ’s new opinion replaces its 2011 iteration released under the Obama administration, which stated that the Wire Act only applied to sports betting.

The Wire Act originally emerged in 1961 and was designed to fight against organised crime by outlawing racing and sports betting across communications systems in the US. Controversy then reined concerning its scope when it was used in the 1990s to prosecute online gambling.

The OLC’s new opinion states: “While the Wire Act is not a model of artful drafting, we conclude that the words of the statute are sufficiently clear and that all but one of its prohibitions sweep beyond sports gambling. We further conclude that that the 2006 enactment of UIGEA (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act) did not alter the scope of the Wire Act.”
